Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for building business relationships and closing deals? MrBioClean LLC, the DC area's premier provider of commercial cleaning, restaurant deep cleaning, bioremediation, and property management/maintenance services, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will primarily engage in B2B sales, outdoor sales, and some cold calling activities, primarily operating in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients in the DC area and beyond. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets.
Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of MrBioClean's services to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and create sales opportunities.
Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and offer expert advice on the most suitable services, upselling when appropriate.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends and client preferences.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Prior Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales is preferred, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and delivering compelling sales pitches.
Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively manage time and tasks to achieve goals.
Knowledge of Janitorial Work: While not mandatory, familiarity with the commercial cleaning industry or janitorial services will be considered a valuable asset.
Result-Oriented: A passion for achieving results and a determination to succeed in a competitive market.
Adaptability: Able to adapt to a remote work environment and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the DC area's business landscape and industries will be advantageous.
